Deleting your personal data
If you have been in contact with Nolloi on WhatsApp, by phone, by email, or through Facebook or Instagram, you can ask for all personal data about you to be deleted. Nolloi is the public brand operated by Nolloe LLC, which handles your request. This translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
How to request deletion
- On WhatsApp: simply write “delete my data” or “supprimer mes données” (or “stop” to no longer be contacted) to the number that wrote to you or that you contacted.
- By phone: simply tell the assistant during the call.
- By email: write to contact@nolloi.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, stating the WhatsApp number, email address or account concerned.
- By registered letter, to Nolloe LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Timeline
Identifiable data is deleted within 7 working days of receipt of your request. We confirm the deletion to you through the channel you used. We may ask you to confirm your identity, solely to protect your data.
What is deleted
- Your contact details (WhatsApp number, email address, display name).
- Your messages, voice messages and, where applicable, call transcripts (the audio of calls itself is never recorded).
- Follow-up notes about you.
Only the following are kept: the record of your objection (so that you are never contacted again), the documents the law requires us to keep (for example, an invoice), anonymised statistics, and de-identified conversation text that we use to improve our assistants: names, numbers, email addresses, identifiers and business names are removed from it, and nothing links it to you any longer. The encrypted backups of our database are used only to restore the service after an incident; each copy is erased after 14 days.
You are a customer of a business that uses Nolloi
That business is responsible for your data: send your request to it. Nolloe LLC is its processor and helps it respond within the same timelines.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask to access, rectify or delete your data, and object to any contact. In Morocco, Law No. 09-08 gives you these rights and you can refer the matter to the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel, the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection), www.cndp.ma.
