Salon booking that adds up the minutes correctly
AI appointment booking
Nolloi books salon appointments on WhatsApp with the durations you set, not a generic hour. It understands which services the client wants, adds them together, offers the stylist or therapist they asked for, applies your booking rules, such as a skin test before a first colour, and records the appointment in the salon's calendar with the reminder you chose.
A typical situation
Lina wants a balayage and a cut before a dinner on Friday. It is her first colour at the salon, and the salon's rule is a skin test 48 hours before. The assistant explains the rule, books the skin test for Tuesday at 18:00, a ten-minute stop on her way home, then the balayage with cut on Friday at 10:00 with Amine, who does the salon's balayages, for the three hours the salon set. Both bookings appear linked in the calendar, and Thursday's reminder tells her what to expect.
Example
- CustomerHello, I'd like a balayage and a cut on Friday morning. It's my first time at your salon.
- AI assistantHello, and welcome. For a first colour, the salon asks for a quick skin test at least 48 hours before. I can do the test on Tuesday at 18:00 or Wednesday at 12:30; it takes about ten minutes. Which suits you?
- CustomerTuesday at 18:00.
- AI assistantNoted. For Friday, Amine does the salon's balayages: he has 10:00, and colour with cut takes about three hours. Shall I book it?
- CustomerYes. Can I bring my daughter? She just wants a blow-dry.
- AI assistantOf course. I can add a blow-dry for her at 12:15 with another stylist, so you finish at about the same time. Which names should I put on the bookings?
- CustomerLina, and my daughter Nour.
- AI assistantThank you, Lina. Skin test on Tuesday at 18:00, balayage and cut on Friday at 10:00 with Amine, blow-dry for Nour at 12:15. You'll get a reminder before each one.

How it works
Your menu, with real durations
Each service is set up with its duration and the team members who perform it. Packages, such as a manicure with pedicure, are booked as one appointment with their total time.
Understanding the request
Clients rarely use the names on your menu. 'My roots are showing' or 'nails that last two weeks' are matched to your services, and the assistant asks one short question when it is not sure.
The right person, at the right time
The preferred stylist first; another team member only if the client agrees. Combined services are placed back to back, so the client does not wait between them.
Rules applied before the booking
Your rules apply at booking time: a skin test before a first colour, children's cuts only on certain days, long services not after a given hour. The client reads the reason, in your words.
What you decide
What you decide
- Your services and packages, with their durations and the team members who perform them.
- Rules that apply before booking: skin tests, minimum ages, services offered only on certain days.
- How strictly preferred stylists are respected, and what is offered when they are fully booked.
- Your late-arrival and cancellation wording, shown when a booking is confirmed.
What it does not do
- It does not judge whether a treatment suits a client's skin, hair or health; questions like that go to your team.
- It does not book outside your opening hours or a team member's schedule.
- It does not take payments, deposits or card details.
- Bridal, engagement and event bookings are not booked automatically: they go to the owner.
Questions
What if the client's preferred stylist is fully booked?
The assistant says so and offers the next free times with that stylist. It suggests another team member only if the client agrees, following your rule.
Can it handle small groups, like friends getting ready together?
For everyday services, yes, when the slots exist side by side. For bridal parties and events, it collects the details and passes them to the owner.
What happens if a client cancels late?
The assistant notes the cancellation, reminds the client of your policy in your words, and leaves any consequence to you. It never charges, never threatens and never makes an exception on its own.
Does it work with my existing calendar?
Bookings go into the calendar in the team app, and Google Calendar can be connected. The assistant offers only times that are free in that calendar.
